About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website and when you enroll in a course or reserve a room at Excellence Language Academy (ELA), Accra, Ghana.
Enrollment
- You can enroll any day of the year. New students start at the beginning of each month.
- To enroll, fill in the registration form on this website. You will receive the course details and the payment information by email or phone.
- Please give accurate information in our forms so that we can contact you.
Fees and payment
- The registration fee is 50.000 FCFA. It includes the course materials and the student ID card.
- Course prices are listed in FCFA on the Courses page.
- You can pay by bank transfer to our UBA account, or through MoneyGram or Western Union. The payment details are given in our FAQ and sent to you after registration.
- Once the payment is complete, send us a copy of the receipt with your student ID by email or WhatsApp to receive your enrollment certificate and admission letter.
Assessments and certificates
There is an assessment at the end of each month. At the end of the course, a final proficiency exam gives the right to the diploma or certificate.
Student accommodation
Room prices vary with the room type. A reservation is the payment of one month for the chosen room.
